Please note, guests are required to return a signed credit card authorization form and a rental agreement that will be sent to the guest by the landlord. Lease paperwork must be signed and returned within 24 hours of receipt of paper documentation from landlord. The reservation is confirmed once the landlord receives the completed paperwork. Guest will also have to go through a credit check as well. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that international guest must present their passport at check-in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
