If you’re looking for an unusual, different holiday home in Amsterdam, this houseboat on the River Amstel is for you. The boat is on Omval Road in East Amsterdam. After sightseeing in the city you can relax on the terrace and enjoy tranquility and a delightful view.
The living room/bedroom has 2x single bed, TV and internet access, in a bathroom is a shower, washbasin.
The house has central heating.
Amsterdam Amstel Railway Station is a five minute walk away. You can be in the heart of Amsterdam in no time on public transport. You can easily enjoy the city’s museums, lively nightlife and many other hotspots. On Sundays you can park your car for free in the streets near the houseboat.

Final cleaning is included in rental price.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen linen are included in the room rate. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property’s details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
