The long hall way welcomes you into this apartment, which is ideal for a large group or family. It is divided on two levels by a spiral staircase. On the upper level are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with no shower and no door. This area is better suited for children due to its low ceiling.
On the lower level are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, a large flat screen satellite television and a dining table, which seats 8. Other notable features are air conditioning, Internet and street view. This apartment is just a short walk from Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano and the Colosseum is not far away.
The area next to the Coliseum offers some great local restaurants and wine bars. It is a lively area with many restaurants, bars and lounges in the area and it is paces from the Coliseum, Circo Massimo and the Forum.A few minutes away is another great area, Monti, which is full of old world charm and character.
It is considered one of the trendiest areas at the moment; filled with fabulous little boutiques, quaint restaurants, cozy cafes and lively pubs. The summer brings along Jazz evenings in nearby Villa Celimontana as well as outdoor clubs close enough to walk to but by no means close enough to hear from your bed at night.

In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment by credit card is made on the date of booking. The remaining balance is settled on location. The way of payment upon arrival is in cash.
Upon arrival a security deposit between EUR 200 and 300 is required. This amount is refunded upon check-out on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred.
For Check-in after 22:00 a Euro 35 fee applies. Arrival instructions and contact details are sent by the booking manager of the apartment after a successful prepayment. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
