This family house is situated in the resort 8 kilometres from the centre of München, in the district Hadern, in a quiet position and in a cul-de-sac.

The three-room house is on the ground floor. The living/dining room consists double sofa bed, cable-TV, radio and CD-player and has an exit to the garden.
The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer and electric coffee machine.
On the upper floor: you will find one double bedroom. second bedroom with 1 double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). A bathroom with a toilet. Please note: this is non-smoking house.
A garden (fenced). garden furniture and a barbecue are to your disposal. Parking is by the house.

The grocery is situated 100 metres away from the property, a supermarket is 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, underground station “Holzapfelkreuth (U6)” 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Childrens play area is 100 metres away from the house.
