This stylish studio is located on the 1st floor and nestled in the heart of Shoreditch, East London. Besides the enviable location and proximity to the Shoreditch over ground station and Liverpool street station this studio is fully equipped and has a gorgeous shared terrace.
This newly refurbished studio is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a single folding bed to accommodate up to 3 guests. There is a modern dining table with three chairs, a chest of drawers and a spacious wardrobe. Added to this, the bright bedroom enjoys the benefits of having its own private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Additionally the studio provides communal areas such as a fully equipped kitchen (in addition to one in the studio), a cosy lounge area, launderette and a spacious terrace perfect for relaxing on.
Shoreditch and Liverpool Street Stations are within a 10-minute walk of the property.

Check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to an additional charge of GBP 25.
Check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to an additional charge of GBP 50.
One set of keys will be provided for property. If guests lose the keys, they will be liable to pay a fee of GBP 20 to replace the set. An additional fee of GBP 30 will be charged if a spare set is needed between 21:00 and 00:00.
Parties and pets are not permitted.
It is not permitted to have more guests stay overnight than the number on the Booking Confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
