Please note that if your estimated arrival or departure time at the apartment is between 20:00 and 08:00, or on Sunday or a public holiday, the property will charge an extra EUR 30 fee in cash.

•        A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with information about our agent in charge of your Check-in & Check-out.
•        Once you are in Paris, you will have to sign the lease.
•        We provide sheets, duvets, pillows and towels as well as the need for cooking.
•        Please note that, If your estimated arrival or departure time at the apartment is between 08:00 PM and 08:00 AM, on sunday or Bank Holyday, you will have to pay an extra charge of Eur 30 (in cash) to the person in charge of the check in/ check-out. Please inform Chez Mazarine in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
